Security
There are many different ideas of a security system, but in Haiti poor people have poor ways. So you see a lot of concrete block walls and on top: they line the final mortar by sticking in bottles neck down and when the mortar is set, go along and break off all the bottles. We have "people" who watch the FHL headquarters, but this particular wall is a very common site all over Haiti.
